Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you are pleased with your purchases.
However we will be happy to refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with*. Just return them to us, within 28 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. Please ensure that it is in an unused, re-saleable condition, in its original display packaging and has the ticketing attached, where relevant.

If the item we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt. If you wish to return anything to us, please obtain a proof of postage certificate, which is free on request, from the post office.
*Please note all tickets for events and attractions are sold on a non-refundable basis.
We do not pay for the cost of return postage but re-orders will be delivered free.
