Step into a cosy winter wonderland at Daniel of Windsor, where Santa's Grotto awaits. At Daniel Department Store, we believe in making the festive season truly special and our Santa's Grotto is the perfect place to create cherished memories with your loved ones. Meet Santa’s friendly elf, share your Christmas wishes, and enjoy a heart-warming chat with Santa himself.
Every child will receive a gift and you'll also capture the magic with a professional photo included in your visit.

Please book 1 time slot per child.  For example, if you are booking a visit for 3 children you need to ensure you have booked 3 time slots together in a row.  Once your first time slot has been added to your basket, click "Continue Shopping" to be returned to this page to book the next time slot.  Thank you.


Terms and Conditions
• Tickets are Non-Amendable and Non-Refundable.
• Please contact us immediately at windsor.tic@rbwm.gov.uk if you don’t receive your tickets via email within 1 hour of booking or if anything is incorrect on your email confirmation.
• The Santa's Grotto experience lasts for 5 minutes per ticket - this is to ensure that all children have a fair amount of time with Santa during their visit.
• Maximum 4 tickets per household - for families arriving together we would recommend booking consecutive time slots.
• The Santa's Grotto experience is recommended for children up to the age of 12 but there is no maximum age limit.
• Tickets are charged at £15.00, per child, regardless of the age.
• One non-exchangeable gift and a professional photograph with Santa are included with every entry ticket.
• All gifts aim to be age appropriate based on the child’s age categorisation. Please note that all gifts from Santa will be unisex, with no gender divide.
