This year our theme is Wizards and Witches so we want as many of you as possible to grab your broomsticks, dust off your pointy hat and cloak and join us for this fabulous, family event. As well as a giant bonfire, tasty and warming food and drink, the highlight is of course the spectacular Firework Display of epic proportions - all to a great soundtrack!
Funfair & Entertainment
Head over to the fun fair for some thrilling rides suitable for all ages including the Dodgems, King Sizzler, Avengers, Trooper XI, Star Flyer and Crazy Caterpillar.
Yummy Treats
To keep you and your loved ones fed and toasty, you can hunt around the site and find a delicious choice of light bites, warm snacks and other bonfire night favourites from the various food stalls and concession stands.
Payment
All food and drink outlets will be CARD only and we advise to bring cash for the funfair rides. There are NO cash machines on site so please bear this in mind.
The Main Attraction
At 7.45pm the pyrotechnics team will light the touch paper and unleash the HUGE 15-minute firework fiesta featuring a dazzling display of rockets, Catherine wheels, fountains and more set to our specially-themed soundtrack. And don’t worry, we’ve arranged for an optional covered viewing area to be available so, even if the British winter weather decides to be typically British, you can still enjoy the spectacle. After the display, you can stay on and continue to enjoy the rides, great food and entertainment.
Timings are as follows:
16:00 – Gates open
19:45 – Firework display commences
21:00 - Evening ends
Tickets
We've got a variety of tickets and packages to suit you and with Family tickets starting at just £36 if purchased in advance, this is a great value night out. But, whether you choose this, your own table in our restaurant with a lavish menu selection or to arrive in true style with our exclusive Royal River package, we strongly recommend booking quickly to secure your places as this event SELLS OUT FAST! Parking
Parking is free but the fireworks display will be an extremely busy event so please allow extra time to travel to and from the racecourse. Arrive as early as you can and remember that the funfair, bars and food outlets will remain open after the fireworks until 9pm when the event finishes - so stay a bit longer to let the traffic ease. We advise people to car share where possible, make use of public transport or walk if you can.
