Coronation Crafts - Crowns, Badges and Bookmarks

Museum Coronation Crafts

The team at Windsor & Royal Borough Museum are delighted to offer young visitors a chance to get crafty in the splendour of the Council Chamber at Windsor Guildhall on Sunday 7 May. The young visitors can make their very own Coronation Crown, design and make a badge, and create a bookmark fit for a King or Queen. There will be opportunities to take photos of their creations in front of royal portraits.

Sessions last approximately 40 minutes and will run every hour from 10:30 to 14:30 at a cost of £2.50 per child.

Parents / carers can book onto a guided tour of Windsor Guildhall at the same time to see where King Charles III married The Queen Consort and learn more about the history of this Grade I listed building. Though, this is not compulsory, and you can stay with your child in Council Chamber rather than join the tour. More information and booking details are here.
