Terms of sail 

Capacity: Up to 4 guests maximum (Additional charges may apply to services catered for two guests) 

Payment: Full payment, is required at the time of booking.  Your credit card will be charged the full amount. (VAT is not applicable on Cruze London trips) 

Apparel: Please wear soft non-slip shoes; high heels are forbidden (can be removed for the boat trip). Bring a hat and sunscreen on hot days and check the current weather for your booking time, in case it's chilly. 

Timing: Vika sails at the scheduled time and lasts for a minimum of the booked duration. (Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time). Unavoidable encounters with river traffic can delay up to 30 minutes 

Children: Are permitted. Under 13 years old must wear a life jacket and parent(s) responsible for their safety at all times. 

Pets: Well-behaved dogs are allowed (but can be denied boarding at the skipper's discretion). 

Food & Drink: All food & drink consumed on board must be provided by Cruze London (except water) 

Weather Restrictions: If we feel the weather might impact the cruise, we'll offer to reschedule or cancel and refund the full amount paid. If rain starts during the cruise, we continue to sail or can return sooner if you choose, but no refunds or rescheduling will be possible for that trip.

Cancellations: We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Bookings made on the same day of the trip will not be subject to a refund if cancelled by the customer. If we feel the weather might impact the cruise, we'll offer to reschedule or cancel and refund the full amount paid. If rain starts during the cruise, we continue to sail or can return sooner if you choose, but no refunds or rescheduling will be possible for that trip.

Cruze London: Reserves the right to cancel bookings for security and safety reasons. 

Cruze London: Reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sail without prior notice.
