Royal Wedding Coach Parking

HRH Prince Henry of Wales and Ms Meghan Markle have requested that they would like their wedding day to allow members of the public to feel part of the celebrations.

There will be viewing areas all along the processional route from which residents and visitors to Windsor can view the carriage procession after the wedding service in St George’s Chapel. There will also be large screens on the Long Walk showing the service at midday.

80 spaces are available for coaches in the Alma Road Coach Park. They must be pre-booked. The coach park will open at 4am and last admission is 9am. The coach park will close at 10pm.

Please print off the email confirmation of your order and have it to hand when arriving on the day. You will need either the pass you received in the post or the confirmation email to access the car park..

 

Terms & Conditions

• Spaces are for pre-booked coaches only.
• Parking permits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead accepts no liability should parking at the Coach Park be suspended for any reason, nor for any damage or loss to vehicles. Parking is at your own risk.
• Parking permits are limited up to five per operator and are not for resale.
• No vehicles to be left in the Coach Park overnight.
• Please arrive early as significant traffic is expected. All coaches must be in place by 9am to avoid road closures.
• The Coach Park opens 4am and will close at 10pm
• Toilet facilities and cafe are available at the Coach Park Visitor Reception Centre.
• Please allow 25 minutes (plus time for security screening) to reach designated viewing areas.
• This is the only place to purchase coach park passes for 19th May 2018, standard parking passes will not be accepted.
 • Spaces will allocated on a first come, first served basis.
